Truely Indian...!

It was again a new weekend, so we friends went to Shivji Maharaj Museum near CST, Mumbai. Post our journey to Great Indian Culture our exausted minds took us to the nearest food joint outside the museum. We were enjoying our snacks while some foreigners came there and ordered for four Lays chips packets(10Rs./packet that comes total 40 Rs.) and a bottle of Packaged drinking water(12 Rs.). The lady gave him 100 Rs. to which the stall owner was supposed to return 48Rs. but he returned just 2Rs. to her.As I was preoccupied with the news "Indians earning more money from foreigners illegally" I spotted this incident immediately and demanded an explanation from owner to which he replied with proud expressions -"Kya madam inse nahi kamayenge to aur kahase kamayenge? (What madam! from where else we will earn?)". This is it. This is the way outsiders are served. If the land having the culture of treating our guests as God can work out in this manner then no wonder we are "still" a DEVELOPING COUNTRY and not a DEVELOPED!

Twists

Traveling through your life gives you numerous experiences....U got to learn many things and at the same time you have to lose many things without which you are unidentified. Is this the true meaning of life? Definitely not! But still we call it LIFE with a sigh...although! "All is Well" gives you the strength to face problems but still you are helpless. Why this deal is so unfair?? Do these twists and turns really give meaning to life? recently we arereading about so many suicide cases amongst youngsters> But the really don't deserve this cruel twist neither their parents and relatives. But still the are facing it. And we don't know who is responsible for it. we don't know the reasons behind such extreme actions. Finding the answers will not help them now but definitely these answers will give the set back to such upcoming decisions.

The tale of a PENCIL......
Hi everyone,I wanna share this amazing story i read....

. . . Tale of a PENCIL . . .

One fine day, a child saw her grandma writing something using a pencil... Seeing an elder using a pencil (thought to be meant only for kids !!!), the child asked her, "What are u writing grandma??? ".

She replied, "Dear, whatever i am writing is not worth to be mentioned, but with what i am writing that is." Quite perplexed, the child asks, "What's so great about an ordinary pencil?" "This thing as ordinary as a PENCIL has a lot many qualities, dear. There is so much you can learn about your life from this PENCIL." was grandma's reply.

The grandma then said, "Dear, today I ll tell u 5 qualities of a PENCIL, and do remember these things throughout your life.."

1. PENCIL is capable of writing many great epics, but it is always GUIDED by a hand. Similarly you too are capable of doing many great deeds, but be sure that your mind and heart are always guided and not let free...

2. PENCIL becomes blunt after some use, it constantly needs a SHARPENER to sharpen itself. Similarly one needs a constant motivation in one's life to keep going...

3. PENCIL may have the outer sheath made of any wood, but the INNER CORE of graphite is what matters !!! Similarly its what your attitude, thoughts and outlook towards your life that's important and not the outer circumstances...

4. There is always an ERASER to correct the wrongs done by a PENCIL. Similarly your life provides you too with a chance to correct the mistakes you do and not repeat them...

5. And the last one, PENCIL always leaves a MARK of whatever it writes on the paper. Similarly, son THINK, PLAN and then do whatever you do since your deeds will always leave a mark in your life.........

Hope its bearable :) ....

Cheers,
